I had a great value for my money at this apartment. The room was clean and had everything I needed, plus the stunning ocean view from the terrace was absolutely amazing. The staff, especially Elisa, was responsive and helpful throughout my stay.

It would have been nice to have some breakfast offerings available, like coffee and sugar, in the kitchen for the first use before going to the shop.

The apartment I stayed in had a breathtaking view of the ocean. It was such a pleasure waking up to that every morning. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The apartment was also very clean and well-organized, with all the necessary amenities provided. The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. I also appreciated the limited parking space available, although there was plenty of space on the nearby road. The location of the apartment was in a calm area, away from the busy resorts, but still close enough to town and a stunning beach. I had a fantastic experience with the hotel facilities and the helpful staff.

The room was absolutely amazing! It had a cozy living room with a comfy sofa for relaxation. The kitchen had everything I needed, including a kettle for my tea time. The private bathroom was clean and had a good shower. it felt like a home away from home.

One thing I didn't really like was the tile/marble floor in the apartment. It felt a bit cold and slippery for my liking.

We had an incredible time at Residence Playa Paraiso with the most breathtaking ocean view. The flat was clean, cosy, and felt like a home away from home. We enjoyed watching beautiful sunrises from the balcony and soaking up the morning sun. The communication with the owners was excellent, making our stay even more enjoyable. Fuerteventura is truly a beautiful place on Earth, and we can't wait to come back.

A Mixed Christmas Experience

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the stunning view of the ocean first thing in the morning, truly breathtaking. the cleanliness of the house was also commendable, with comfortable and modern furnishings that made the stay enjoyable. the well-equipped kitchen, complete with a moka for a perfect coffee, was an unexpected bonus. the property manager was always available and responsive, providing assistance and answering my questions promptly, which made me feel well-taken care of.

I found the cleaning costs to be overly high, especially considering it was a one-bedroom apartment. It would have been a thoughtful gesture for guests arriving late, like myself.

The view from the apartment was amazing, perfect for ocean lovers. The location in the city was really nice, everything was close by, like shops, gas station, and restaurants. The best part was having the beach right under the hotel, there were so many activities to do like windsurfing, kitesurfing, and paddling.

The wifi signal was really poor and unreliable. The beds were uncomfortable and the duvets were not cozy.

The location of this property is perfect for those who prefer calm and uncrowded places. The view of the beach from the apartment is stunning, and it's just a short distance away. We had good communication with the host before our arrival, which made the check-in process smooth. Everything in the property was fairly new and just as described online. It was clean and well-maintained. We received an info pack about Fuerteventura before arriving, which was helpful in planning our activities. However, it would have been even better if the pack included pictures of the actual exit needed to reach the property, as we arrived late and had some difficulty finding it.
